Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Affiliate Pro X ("the Service") operated by amhere4utoday.com ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding contract. You're responsible for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction including tax reporting of any affiliate income.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@amhere4utoday.com.
3. Subscription & payments
- Free — limited to 10 products, 10 links, 5 ads/month, 2 social accounts, 1 autopilot post/day.
- Pro — $4.99/month, unlimited everything. Auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
- Lifetime — $99.99 one-time, unlimited everything forever.
- Payments processed by Stripe or PayPal. Currency: USD.
- You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in /settings. Cancellation takes effect at end of current period; no partial refunds for partial months.
4. Refunds
Monthly Pro: 7-day refund window from first charge. Email billing@amhere4utoday.com.Lifetime: 14-day refund window. No refunds after 14 days. No refunds for accounts terminated for ToS violation.
5. Affiliate disclosure (FTC compliance)
You agree that all content you publish via the Service that contains affiliate links must include appropriate disclosure (e.g., "#ad", "affiliate link", "sponsored"). Our autopilot caption engine automatically appends #ad to every AI-generated post; you must not strip it.You are solely liable for FTC compliance on your own posts.
6. Content & conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Promote illegal products, hate speech, harassment, CSAM, or fraud.
- Spam social platforms beyond their published rate limits.
- Misrepresent affiliate relationships or fake reviews.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
- Bypass usage limits or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund.
7. AI-generated content
Images and videos generated by GPT Image 1 / Sora 2 belong to you per OpenAI's policy. You're responsible for ensuring they don't infringe third-party rights. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated text — review every caption before publishing.
8. Referral program
We pay 30% recurring commission on the gross payment amount of any user who upgrades through your referral link. Commissions credit on successful payment capture and become available for payout once your pending balance ≥ $10. Payouts via PayPal or bank, processed within 3 business days. We may reverse commissions on refunded or charged-back payments. Self-referrals, sockpuppet accounts, and incentivized signups via paid traffic are prohibited and result in forfeiture.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Stripe, PayPal, OpenAI, Rainforest, Resend, and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram, Discord). Your use of those is also governed by their respective terms. We are not liable for outages, policy changes, or token revocations on third-party services.
10. Intellectual property
The Service software, brand, and design are ours. You retain ownership of products and ads you create. By using the Service you grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee any specific earnings, rankings, conversions, or platform reach. Affiliate marketing results vary widely.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
You may delete your account anytime in /settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except small-claims court.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
