Privacy Policy

Affiliate Pro X (operated by amhere4utoday.com, "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Contact: privacy@amhere4utoday.com.

1. Data we collect

Account data — email, name, password hash (bcrypt), referral code.
Payment data — handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal. We store only a transaction ID and amount; card numbers never touch our servers.
Affiliate activity — products you add, links you generate, click events (IP, user-agent, referrer — auto-deleted after 24 hours).
Social-platform credentials — when you connect Telegram/Discord/FB/etc., we store the tokens you provide encrypted at rest. We never read or post without your explicit action or autopilot configuration.
AI generation prompts and outputs — ads you generate via GPT Image 1 or Sora 2 are stored on our servers so you can re-download them.
Usage analytics — PostHog (anonymized session events). You can opt out in browser settings.

2. How we use it

Provide the service (auth, ad generation, posting, payouts).
Process payments via Stripe & PayPal.
Generate AI ads via OpenAI APIs (GPT-4o, GPT Image 1, Sora 2) through the Emergent LLM gateway.
Discover products via the Rainforest API (Amazon catalog).
Send transactional emails via Resend (when configured by user).
Detect & prevent fraud and rate-limit abuse.

3. Third parties we share data with

Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1). See stripe.com/privacy.
PayPal — alternative payment. See paypal.com/legalhub/privacy-full.
OpenAI (via Emergent) — ad text/image/video generation. Inputs are not used to train OpenAI models per Emergent's policy.
Google — sign-in via Emergent-managed OAuth.
Rainforest API — Amazon product search.
PostHog — anonymous product analytics.
Social platforms — only when YOU connect an account and YOU or autopilot trigger a post.
Resend — email delivery, only if you provide a Resend key.

We never sell your data. We never advertise to you on third-party platforms.

4. Cookies

We use a single session_token httpOnly cookie for authentication. PostHog sets first-party analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

Account data — until you delete your account.
Click logs — auto-deleted after 24 hours (MongoDB TTL index).
Payment transaction records — 7 years (legal requirement).
AI-generated ads — until you delete them.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Access — request a copy of your data.
Rectification — update incorrect data.
Erasure — delete your account & data.
Portability — export your data.
Object/withdraw consent — opt out of analytics.

7. Children

Affiliate Pro X is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Auth tokens are stored only in httpOnly cookies (no localStorage). All traffic is HTTPS/TLS. Database access is restricted by VPC. We follow industry best practices, but no system is 100% secure.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the US (Emergent / AWS). By using the service, you consent to data transfer to and processing in the US.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be emailed to active users.
